We have spare gloves for you to use to trial, and as you progress we have gloves available for purchase.
For our general classes, a towel, gloves and wraps if you have them, we can help with this if you don’t.
For our more advanced team partaking in sparring you will need mouthguard and 16oz gloves.
We recommended coming in for a couple of sessions so our trainers can asses your level and make sure you are ready for that transition.
We offer 8 week intensive courses throughout the year culminating in an fully sanctioned fight night.
